1. INTRODUCTION

Entresell is a seller-focused online marketplace, where buyers discover brands and sellers first, before viewing the products and services on offer by the respective brands and sellers. Every seller on Entresell is a brand or person which the buyers can learn about and relate to, making online shopping much more personal and purposeful. These community guidelines are to help ensure that Entresell’s mission to promote entrepreneurship and business ownership in society, does not become hindered by actions or behaviour engaged in by some of our users that are untrustworthy, fraudulent or abusive.

2. MISREPRESENTATION

Misrepresentation is defined as fraudulent, negligent, or innocent misstatements, or an incomplete statement of a material fact.

Misleading Seller profile information

Do not:

• Post a fake name, photo, company address, country, contact number or payment details in your Entresell seller profile. 
• Present false information during the seller sign-up process.
• Write false or misleading information about yourself, brand or company.
• List and offer Licensed products or services without the right license.

Misrepresenting Service elements 

Do not:

• Copy Service descriptions, packages, or any other element from other users.  
• Add irrelevant or an excessive number of search terms in the title and description of your Product, such as additional brands, keywords or hashtags.
• Have someone else present you in your Service, unless stated in the Service listing.
• Create multiple listings of the same Service
• Post non-original content or content you do not have the right to use in your Service
• Deliver non-original work
• Engage in misleading pricing, such as the listing of a variation at a very low price but is not a service that can be bought or seller intends to sell.
• Setting your own refund policy which contradicts with the existing version set by Entresell.

Misrepresenting Product elements 

Do not:

• Add irrelevant or an excessive number of search terms in the title and description of your Product, such as additional brands, keywords or hashtags.
• Create multiple listings of the same product.
• Engage in misleading pricing, such as the listing of a variation at a very low price but is not a product that can be bought or seller intends to sell.
• Selling counterfeit & imitation products.
• Setting your own refund and return policy which contradicts with the existing version set by Entresell.

3. SPAM

Entresell defines spam as a messaging activity that is unwanted, repeatedly occurring, and disruptive to the experience of recipients. Please respect our members’ privacy by not contacting them with offers, questions, suggestions, or anything which is not directly related to transactions and orders on Entresell.

Do not:

• Contact our users with questions, suggestions, or anything unrelated to transactions and orders on Entresell.
• Send multiple unsolicited or deceptive messages. 

4. OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT

Hate Speech

Entresell defines hate speech as words or ideas that are designed to incite violence or hatred against a person, or group of people, defined on the basis of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, marital status, religion, age, disability, or other similar ground. Entresell is committed to moving swiftly to investigate conduct that has been flagged as hate speech, and will respond in a manner that is consistent with existing laws and the values of the company. We take hate speech violations very seriously, and anyone using hate speech towards another user will be removed from Entresell. We will also take action against any user delivering or adding hate speech-related content on Entresell.

5. VIOLENCE AND CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR

Threats

Entresell will act quickly to ban users and may notify law enforcement when threats of violence or criminal behaviour appear to be credible, in any interaction between users of Entresell, or between an Entresell user and the public.

Do not:

• Threaten violence against another Entresell user.
• List Products or Services that threaten violence against individuals, groups, or the general public.

Glorification of violence

Using Entresell to create content that glorifies, promotes or expresses support for acts of violence, is not acceptable on Entresell.

Please do not list Products or Services that promote, support or glorify violence.

Incitement

Incitement means encouraging or asking other people to engage in unlawful conduct.  Be aware that inciting others to commit a crime may be a crime in itself, regardless of the outcome of the request. 

Do not:

• Ask for or instruct people to break the law.
• Engage in activities of questionable legality.

Discrimination

Under Entresell’s community standards, discrimination means unfair or unequal treatment of an individual or group based on age, disability, ethnicity, gender, marital status, race, religion, and sexual orientation.

Entresell will investigate claims of discrimination on a case-by-case basis, and take the appropriate action should a user be found to have engaged in such. 

Do not:

• Express your unwillingness to work with a person or a group of people based on age, disability, ethnicity, gender, marital status, race, religion, sexual orientation, or other similar ground.
• Upload content on your Product/Service listing that expresses or supports discriminatory ideas.
• Put up Service listing which offers the writing or editing of texts that support discriminatory ideas or practices.

Adult, Nudity, and Sexual Activity

Explicit content meant to be sexually gratifying is not allowed on Entresell. If detected or reported, sexually explicit content will be blocked and users engaged in such can be banned from Entresell. Products and Services portraying violent, graphic, or humiliating fetishes are also not allowed.
