Start your bouldering journey with a beginner-friendly introductory class designed for first-time climbers. Experience a fun, supportive and structured environment where you'll gain the confidence and essential skills needed to begin climbing safely.

Guided by experienced instructors, the class includes a mobility warm-up, a safety briefing covering proper falling techniques and falling zones, an introduction to key bouldering concepts and terminology, and hands-on coaching in fundamental climbing techniques. After the guided session, you'll also enjoy additional gym access to practise what you've learned at your own pace.

Whether you're trying bouldering for the first time or looking to build a strong foundation, this class provides everything you need to begin your climbing journey with confidence.

Comfortable sports attire

Shoe rental: Available for $5 per pair. Payment is made directly to the instructor and is not covered by LyfeGo credits.
Socks: Available for $2 per pair. Payment is made directly to the instructor and is not covered by LyfeGo credits.

Upon booking, LyfeGo will check for trainer's availability before finalizing the appointment.

If the instructor does not respond within 24 hours or the booking is declined, a full refund in credits will be issued.
