This is part of an 8-week course designed for participants who have completed Pole 3 and can confidently perform aerial inversions, inside leg hangs, pole-assisted elbow stands, butterfly, layback, and brass monkey sit/layback techniques. Drop-ins are only permitted during the first two weeks of the course.

Further develop your pole dance skills with these Pole 4 Group Classes offered by Fable Dance Co.

Building upon the techniques developed in Pole 3, these classes focus on more advanced pole dance movements, helping participants refine their strength, coordination, and body control while developing greater precision and confidence in executing challenging pole techniques.

What You Can Expect:

Advanced Spinning Tricks: Refine your spinning techniques and develop greater control through more challenging movements.
Aerial Inversions: Strengthen your ability to execute inversions while suspended on the pole.
Leg Hangs: Develop greater precision, stability, and control in advanced leg-hanging positions.
Handstands Against the Pole: Refine your balance, strength, and body positioning through pole-supported handstands.
Shoulder Mounts: Develop the strength and technique required to execute shoulder mount movements.
Brass Monkey: Learn and refine more advanced brass monkey techniques, focusing on body positioning, control, and stability.
