Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Classes are typically conducted barefoot.
Bring your own BJJ or Judo gi if you have one. Otherwise, a gi can be rented at the venue.
A Judogi can be rented at the venue for $10 if you do not have your own.
Upon booking, LyfeGo will check for trainer's availability before finalizing the appointment.
If the instructor does not respond within 24 hours or the booking is declined, a full refund in credits will be issued.
