Build confidence on inline skates with this beginner friendly class designed to teach the essential skills needed to skate safely and comfortably. Whether you're stepping onto inline skates for the first time or looking to strengthen your fundamentals, this class provides a supportive and structured introduction to the sport.

You'll learn the core techniques of moving, stopping, turning, and maintaining control, while developing balance, coordination, and stability through progressive skill building. The class also places a strong emphasis on safety, teaching proper falling techniques to help reduce the risk of injury and build confidence as you learn.

With guidance from experienced instructors, you'll develop a solid foundation that prepares you for continued progression and a lifetime of enjoyable skating.

You will need to bring:

Your own inline skate
6-piece protective pads (wrist, elbow and knee guards) are needed.
Helmet

Inline skates can also be rented at $10 per lesson.

Upon booking, LyfeGo will check for trainer's availability before finalizing the appointment.

If the instructor does not respond within 24 hours or the booking is declined, a full refund in credits will be issued.
