For ages 13 and above. • Warm up (For example, Dynamic warm ups, Play using half the court, Jogging) • Intermediate Footwork (For example, Random Footwork, Full-court Footwork, Doubles Footwork Exercises) • Higher level basics (For example, Randomized front court shots, Net/Flick etc). Advanced drills (For example, Sequence strokes, One attack – two defend drills). • Our drills leverage upon the students’ understanding of the game, allowing them to formulate game-winning strategies while still sharpening their individual techniques and mental acuity. • Individualized skill training – Students discuss the techniques that they wish to refine with the coach and proceed to work on them. • Match play with strategic guidance. Booking Information The instructor will reach out to you once you've booked the class Should the instructor not reach out to you within 24 hours of the booking of the session, your credits will be refunded. For this class, court fees are covered by the rates Cancellation Policy Credits will be considered used if class is cancelled within 24 hours before the start of the lesson

If the instructor does not respond within 24 hours or the booking is declined, a full refund in credits will be issued.
