For ages 6 to 12. These classes are customized to teach your child self-defense foundations in the striking art of Boxing, Muay Thai & Kickboxing. Expert coaches will help your child learn all the techniques required to protect themselves against aggression such as punches, kicks, pulling, pushing and many more. Your child will learn to keep their confidence, stand up for themselves, use protect, defense & attack techniques while controlling their balance and their opponent’s strength. It also teaches him or her to be confident in a challenging situation, react with tactic and strategy to overcome fear, to grow smarter and stronger in our safe & fun environment while learning the rules and values of martial arts. Booking Information The instructor will reach out to you once you've booked the class For this class, court fees are covered by the rates. Training equipment can rented for $10 and will need to paid seperarely to the instructor. Cancellation Policy Credits will be considered used if class is cancelled within 24 hours before the start of the lesson

Upon booking, LyfeGo will check for trainer's availability before finalizing the appointment.

If the instructor does not respond within 24 hours or the booking is declined, a full refund in credits will be issued.
