For ages 3 to 5. These classes will consist of: Warm-Up and Conditioning (15 minutes): • Dynamic stretching, jogging, agility drills, running competition Technical Skills (20 minutes): • Junior: Dribbling, passing, receiving, basic shooting. • Senior: Advanced ball control, accurate passing, varied shooting techniques. Tactical Training (20 minutes): • Junior: Basic understanding of positions, simple attacking and defending. • Senior: Game strategies, positioning, formation work, pressing and counter-attacks. Small-Sided Games (30 minutes): • Junior: 3v3, 4v4 games to encourage lots of touches and quick decision-making. • Senior: 5v5, 7v7 games to work on tactics and teamwork. Cool Down (5 minutes): • Static stretching, breathing exercises, and reflection on the session Training Details This training is structured on a termly basis, the 545 credits will give you access to 23 weekly sessions. Registration for a term can only be done at the start of each term. A one-time registration fee of $80 would need to be paid to the instructor before the first lesson. This would include a uniform.
