The date and time shown in this class listing is just one of the potential slots the instructor is available for. The timing and location of the lesson will be finalized between student and instructor upon booking of the class. Learners will be able to go through all 4 main strokes of swimming (free, breast, back and fly.) Stroke corrections and emphasis on fundamentals. Short and long distance swim training for all strokes. Conditioning work in both dryland and swim. Rate for adult 1 pax and group swimming classes and for how long Booking Information The instructor will reach out to you once you've booked the class Should the instructor not reach out to you within 24 hours of the booking of the session, your credits will be refunded. Cancellation Policy Credits will be considered used if class is cancelled within 24 hours before the start of the lesson Rain Policy In the event of a thunderstorm or “cat 1” lightning alert is up. Dry land lessons will be conducted, strength and conditioning, dry land stroke corrections. Until the weather clears up or for the duration of the lesson.
