For ages 12 to 16. Thse classes are for competitive athletes aiming for the national youth team, Direct School Admission (DSA) or to simply keep fit and enjoy the sport. Starting at ages 9 or earlier, players then progress through U10 to U16 categories representing our club in local and overseas competitions. There will be land and pool sessions throughout the week. Training Details This training is structured on a monthly basis, the 150 credits will give you access to all U16 water polo training sessions throughout the month. Registration for a month's worth of training can only be done at the start of each month. The student will need to be proficient in swimming and have essential water polo skills for enrolment in this training. Otherwise, the student is welcome to join the water polo school's pre-competitive training where he or she will learn the swimming and water polo skills needed for this competitive water polo training. Should the instructor not reach out to you within 24 hours of the booking of the training, your credits will be refunded.

Upon booking, LyfeGo will check for trainer's availability before finalizing the appointment.

If the instructor does not respond within 24 hours or the booking is declined, a full refund in credits will be issued.
