For ages 18 and above. This introductory class is designed to give you a taste of the world of pole dancing. You will learn conditioning exercises, beginner spinning tricks, and a sassy pole dance routine. Our classes deliver a great cardiovascular workout, flexibility and strength training. Let the addiction begin! Prerequisites: None, beginners welcome How to prepare Don on your fitness attire or any clothing that you feel comfortable sweating and moving around freely in. This includes but is not limited to t-shirts, shorts, spandex pants, sports bras, etc. Do ensure that bottoms are above knee length. Going barefoot is recommended. Please bring along a water bottle and sweat towel. Strictly no body moisturiser or sunscreen the day before and on the day of your class. (You need your bare skin for grip on the pole!) Booking Information The instructor will reach out to you once you've booked the class Cancellation Policy Credits will be considered used if class is cancelled within 24 hours before the start of the lesson
