I’m Coach Desmond, the founder of Aspire Sports Association. I have been fortunate enough to serve as a dedicated private basketball coach for nearly three years.

This lesson will consist of:

Dynamic stretching inclusive of movements that will be used in basketball
Basic skills training: dribbling, passing, and shooting
Applied training: using the skills you've learnt and applying it via drills
Mini game to understand the game better
