This lesson is for you if you have tried Padel and are still familiarizing yourself with the game.

You will learn more about:

Keeping the ball in play - Consistency
Court positioning - Positioning net and back court
Swing through when striking the ball - Main shots from back and net court
Directional control and shot placement
How and when to lob
How to return the ball off the back glass and when to do it.

Booking Information

This is a 90 minutes class.
The instructor will reach out to you once you've booked the class.
Should the instructor not reach out to you within 24 hours of the booking of the session, your credits will be refunded.
Please note that LyfeGo credits do not cover the cost any potential equipment rental, which will need to be paid to the coach separately
