Our Beginner Course helps you build confidence on court and understand how pickleball works.

You will learn the fundamentals of rallying, serving, returning, movement, positioning, and doubles play in a structured and beginner-friendly setting.

Attendance Requirement

This course consists of 2 classes.
You must attend one class per week for two consecutive weeks.
Please ensure you are available for both sessions before booking.

What you will learn

Basic stroke fundamentals
Forehand and backhand control
Footwork and recovery
Serve and return fundamentals
Basic doubles positioning
Kitchen rules made simple
Intro to dinks, third-shot concepts, and net play
Guided gameplay with coach feedback

Best for you if:

You are new to pickleball
You have only played a few times
You want a proper foundation before joining open play

Please bring a padel racket and come in sports/exercise wear

Upon booking, LyfeGo will check for trainer's availability before finalizing the appointment.

If the instructor does not respond within 24 hours or the booking is declined, a full refund in credits will be issued.

If no slots are available, we recommend coordinating with the instructor using the message box below.
