For ages 7 to 10. This class will require you child to wear a Gi.

The aim of these classes is to empower children and equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively deal with bullying situations. Your child will be taught the fundamentals of MMA & Muay Thai while focusing on defense techniques, confidence building, and conflict resolution.

These classes are designed to instill discipline, respect, and self-confidence in your child, allowing him or her to navigate challenging scenarios both on and off the mat. We understand that each child is unique, which is why our experienced instructors ensure personalized attention, tailoring the training to suit individual needs and abilities.
