For ages 13 and above. Who is this for? Whether you are a novice with no prior experience in Taekwondo or any other forms of martial arts or a seasoned player with years of training, the school will be able to impart knowledge and skills according to your level of proficiency. What will you learn? Our school is committed to teaching the complete system of Taekwondo. This includes: Traditional Forms Taegeuk (Modern) Forms Kicks, punches, strikes and sweeps Take-down skills Ho Shin Sool (self-defence techniques) Grappling techniques Full range and integrated sparring Competition (Olympic style) sparring What are the benefits? Taekwondo, when practised regularly and properly, helps individuals to maintain fitness and general physical well-being. Physically, this means exercising all of the muscles and strengthening the body systematically, both internally and externally. Mentally, this means developing self-control and self-discipline on a path to achieving inner harmony. Booking Information The instructor will reach out to you once you've booked the class Cancellation Policy Credits will be considered used if class is cancelled within 24 hours before the start of the lesson What To Prepare Please come in sports attire and long pants.

Upon booking, LyfeGo will check for trainer's availability before finalizing the appointment.

If the instructor does not respond within 24 hours or the booking is declined, a full refund in credits will be issued.
