The date and time shown in this class listing is just one of the potential slots the instructor is available for. The timing of the lesson will be finalized between student and instructor upon booking of the class. No prerequisites are needed. This is an instructor-led class that will help equip you with the correct skills, techniques and knowledge that will allow you to enjoy and get most out of your future paddleboarding experiences. This class will cover ocean safety, stance and form and paddle techniques, which are important for all sea sport activities. This class covers the following: Water Safety Getting to know your SUP equipment Equipment transport and handling Basic paddle strokes and techniques Paddling posture and positioning Safe entry and exit from the water Using your paddle for stability Advanced strokes for turning and catching waves Booking Information The instructor will reach out to you once you've booked the class Should the instructor not reach out to you within 24 hours of the booking of the session, your credits will be refunded. Equipment will be provided free of costs. Cancellation Policy Credits will be considered used if class is cancelled within 24 hours before the start of the lesson.
