For ages 5 to 13. This an innovative, fun filled class that helps children stay safe from bullying from other kids, or guard against attacks by adults. Based on personal protection skills that are age appropriate and defensive in nature, your child will learn how to stay safe against a bully until help arrives. In the context of attacks by adults, enjoy the peace of mind in knowing that your child will learn how to guard against predatory behaviour that is often used to deceive, abduct, or sexually molest children. The physical self-defense skills that your child will be empowered with, are designed for a child to fight off an attack by an adult, to create the opportunity to escape. In addition, the class will instill confidence, discipline and respect for others just like a traditional martial arts school - albeit in a fun and playful way. Booking Information The instructor will reach out to you once you've booked the class Cancellation Policy Credits will be considered used if class is cancelled within 24 hours before the start of the lesson
