Led by Sifu Chua Kah Joo and his instructors, this class combines traditional and modern approaches to Wing Chun Kuen, providing structured training to help students progressively develop their skills and understanding of the martial art.

Students will learn Wing Chun forms, including empty-hand, wooden dummy, and weapons training, while developing essential skills such as structure, sensitivity, coordination, and agility.

Each session includes an explanation of a selected technique from the forms, exploring its practical application and the scientific principles behind it. Sifu Chua also demonstrates how Wing Chun techniques can be applied in specific self-defense and combat scenarios, including the psychological aspects involved.

Weekend classes (Saturday and Sunday) follow a structured Wing Chun Kuen syllabus, focusing on:

Wing Chun Kuen Forms: Learn and practise traditional forms to develop a strong foundation in the martial art.
Wing Chun Kuen Techniques: Develop and refine techniques through systematic instruction and practice.
Wing Chun Kuen Attack and Defence System: Learn the principles and practical applications of attacking and defending in Wing Chun.

These regular classes provide a systematic approach to learning the Wing Chun Kuen syllabus, allowing students to progressively build their knowledge, improve their techniques, and advance their proficiency over time.
