Started from Taekwondo in Year 2009, we have now branched out to various other martial arts and fitness programmes that caters to the differing needs and wants of our students. We currently house Taekwondo, Kummooyeh, Muay Thai and Yoga under our roofs.
At Zen Academy, we believe in inculcating and building great characters through the masteries and philosophies of martial arts with our meticulously curated training programmes which not only develop our students’ technical skills, but also nurture their characters.
